Mancosa is the worst school ever!

I paid registration fee for July 2018 entry, they didn't send me any study material. I called and called no one helped. I called in to defer and the student services is so useless! I even sent in refund form and till date I haven't received any feedback. Everyone keeps saying they can't help, its not their department. Their consultants keep transferring me up and down! My study visa ended up being declined because of all this nonsense Mancosa did.

Lo and behold a consultant decided to respond to my emails in January since July. After speaking to this consultant named Nompumelelo on phone in January 2019, we both concluded on deferring till July 2019 .

She sent me the emails below:

"Good day

Please complete the deferral application form so we can assist with the deferral. I have received confirmation from the dispatch department that study material was returned so you did not receive study material.

I will be liaising with the finance department about the deferral cost please forward the completed deferral application form."

After sending the deferal from, she sent me another email:

"Good day

I have communicated with the finance department and you have been granted to defer at no cost.

This however depends if your account fee status is up to date as per the deferral terms and conditions.

I have received your completed deferral form however the terms and conditions D1 deferral section has not been completed, please complete that part so we can carry on with the process.

Should your account status not be up to date you will not be able to defer your studies. "

And now this!! Good day

I am writing to you with reference to your enquiry.

You have been granted a deferral at no cost to January 2019 this is because you did not receive study material.

I am aware that you wish to defer to July 2019 because of your visa application. Should you wish to defer to July this would be a special concession granted by the Academic Manager and you will be liable for the R3000 deferral fee and your student account would need to be up to date.

This is as per the deferral terms and conditions.

So you have 2 options Option 1- You agree to the deferral at no cost and commence with your studies this semester.

Option 2 - You defer to July 2019 and pay for the deferral fee and your fees would need to be up to date as per the deferral terms and conditions.

I refuse to be forced to study in January!!! Without any plan or prior notification. I chose to study in July 2018 but couldn't due to Mancosa's negligence!!!! I want to study in July and July only!

Their consultants are useless and no one is replying my emails! Mancosa refund my registration fee or defer my study to July 2019. In fact I do not want to study with a school that will keep making life difficult for students. Refund my damn money!
