Dissatisfied Mancosa Graduate- Durban

1. I am extremely unhappy with the service at Mancosa, every attempt to contact Mancosa requires me waiting on the line for at least 10-15 minutes only for the call to drop, if I am put through to someone then it means there is another 10 minute wait before you can speak to someone. 2. A fellow student of mine emailed Mancosa enquiring about the dates for Graduation this year, only to find out that graduation will be held in Johannesburg this year and not in Durban this year. 3. I think that is absurd that Mancosa did not inform us before registration about this so that we could make an informed decision. 4. I have worked extremely hard for my qualification, Mancosa should not just assume that students should spend money on going to Johannesburg (flights + accommodation) for graduation. 5. In the event that I cannot afford to go to Johannesburg, does this mean that I have to pay to graduate in absentia due to Mancosa’s poor planning and lack of communication?
