You are lucky to get your calls answered, the people at the call centre are *********** to say the least, i paid my sons fees in April with a blance of R225 which i wasnt even aware of that was outstanding, they didnt bother to remind like how they normally do, so they closed the portal and couldnt see that he had to resubmit a project, so now they want him to redo a whole module although he passed the module in the final mark, THIS A MONEY MAKING INSITUTION THAT DONT PLACE VALUE ON EDUCATION BUT RATHER DRAINING THE POCKETS DRY OF THE PARENTS. THE STUDENTS CANT GIVE GET ASSISTANCE FROM THE STUDENT SUPPORT< AS NOBODY BOTHERS TO EVEN RESPOND!!!!!! IF YOU LOOKING FOR A UNIVERSITY FOR YOUR CHILD FOR YOUR CHILD DONT USE THIS INSTITUION>>>>>>>>>
