Disgusting service

Im quite disappointed with the service we are receiving, we have not received our assignment results, and when I call to enquire im transferred from pillar to post... the worst part is that some students have even paid their fees or are not up to date but received their result and here I am paid in full but zilch results. Must we lodge complaints before we decent service. when I called this morning someone was meant to call me back in 3minutes 6hours later nobody has bothered themselves
