Disgusting Service

I registered last year to do my Bcom Accounting and a little while later had a major operation and could not continue. I later asked for a deferral and did all I was told to do by their student councilors. A while after that I found out this was not done and since then I have spoken to countless Student Councilors who all promised to get the Deferral Manager to do the necessary and get back to me but this was never ever done. Days pass and then I have to start querying again with no help only empty promises. This has been going on for a few months now. They don't even respond to my emails. I am so disappointed and disgusted by their service. The money was for free basically.
