Disgusting behaviour from Mancosa

Terrible service from Mancosa and absolutely no desire to assist. When registering for year 2 I was given a quote for the year, I have paid that quote in full but because I chose a wrong option when registering (receiving no help when doing it) they are now requesting me to pay over R7000 otherwise they are withhold my results. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this institution who are only interested in making money
