Disgusted and totally shocked with the service levels at Mancosa

Good day

I am utterly disappointed with the lack of feedback from Mancosa. I accidentally submitted the incorrect assignment on the client connect portal (23rd April 2019), and asked for assistance before the second assignment was due (26th April 2019) as there was no place to remove the incorrect assignment, and therefore could not upload the correct one. I immediately sent an email to all possible Mancosa emails on the 23rd April and still today No reply. The live chat student services,, told me there is nothing I can do, and that I will probably get a zero, and that I need to refer my query to ********** as you cannot resubmit a short essay question assignment. I have submitted the assignment to ********** and no answer there either. No one answers the phones in JHB, and then was forced to dial Durban, where they advised they will try to get hold of the relevant departments in jhb, but guess what, nothing happening either!!! I don't know what to do anymore. All my email correspondence is below. the comment on the portal says incorrect Assignment uploaded, but there is nothing advising me on how to rectify this, and no acknowledgement of receiving my email with my assignment on the due date!

I also compared my Business Management 3A assignment to that of my husband, and I am not sure how the weighting of the marks work, as he got 7, which was equivalent to 14/20 and I received 9 and was equivalent to 11/20??? not too sure how this is marked, and its the same grader...

Please note that no one answered me, and now I cannot submit my Business Management 3B, as there is no option to resubmit
