Disappointing service from Mancosa

I am so frustrated because I have been querying one issue since July and no one has been able to assist me. I have completed all my modules and should be graduating but on the systems it shows that I am not eligible. According to the different people I have spoken to from student support services and graduation department, I still have a module that I have not completed yet there are marks on the portal to show that I have passed it and everyone keeps sending me back and forth. It is so frustrating because no one is really helpful, I have to keep calling and they all they do is take my student number and say that they will get back to me but the don't! I have used all types of communication to get assistance, the student live chat support, emailed ***, went to their office etc but till this day my issue has not been resolved. I don't understand why it would take so long just to respond to our queries. The service were getting as students is extremely disappointing!!!
