Disappointing service

I'm so disappointed at MANCOSA. What's so difficult about sending someone a timetable?! This is just embarrassing, your agents can't even assist your customers. They'll drop the call on you and never answer again. We're expected to pay R45 000 while y'all can't even do something as simple as sending someone a timetable and their statement so they'll see their balance. I'm so over this institution.
