Disappointing and Unfair Experience at MANCOSA

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at MANCOSA. From the very beginning, I felt like I was being set up to fail. I believe I was given purposely given low marks, forcing me to resubmit at an additional fee. Every time I resubmit, my marks increase which suggests that the initial marks were unfairly low.

The final straw was when they told me I have to re- register for a module for R6900 because I missed a submission. I had informed them of the reason for my missed submission, but they claim to have no record of it. This is despite me lodging a ticket and explaining my situation, which was never addressed. To make matters worse, they delete the messages on the live chat, so there is no evidence that I even enquired about my situation.

To add to the frustration, when I enquired about whether I qualified to write an exam, I was left in the dark. I ended up writing an exam I did not even qualify for, which was a complete waste of my time.

The customer service has been abysmal. They consistently fail to answer our enquiries in a timely manner, always saying you will be contacted within 48 hrs, but this is rarely the case. It's clear that they're only swift in their responses when it comes to chasing payments.

Overall, my experience at MANCOSA has been terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of transparency, fairness and customer support has made it a very frustrating and disappointing experience
