Disappointed and frustrated

I’m so disappointed with MANCOSA and it’s so frustrating to pay so much and having to run after research department and their coordinators that don’t do their jobs. I’ve submitted my EC to my coordinator 2weeks ago and there’s never been communication between us . She does not respond to any of my emails and this is so frustrating while some students are ahead with their projects . I’m trying to call MANCOSA and no one is answering . MANCOSA please assist .
