Denied to celebrate the Degree!

I completed my MBA qualification earlier this year with MANCOSA. I believe I worked hard for my degree and every student should be allowed to celebrate his/her achievement by being afforded opportunity to attend graduation if he/she chooses to. MANCOSA denied me that opportunity after my hard work and serious monies paid to them. March 8th I sent an email inquiring about the next (April) graduation - NO RESPONSE! Follow up email on the 12th March - NO RESPONSE! Received an invitation through email to attend graduation on the 4th April for graduation set for the 6th (2 Days before). Absolute ridiculousness. I needed to plan and ensured I arranged to be off work in order to attend and also on the date of event I was travelling on business - as I did not have time to plan and arrange my work life accordingly and also inform my family members that I would have liked to attend with me in time.

Informed them through email while at the airport on the 4th. Also asked them the short timing invitation will not work for me and it is unacceptable - allow me to attend the next graduation in the year (October). Before Oct event sent numerous emails to graduation department - No response! Whats new hey........Sent another email to Support Services - received response and they informed me they will alert the graduation department. They didn't get back to me. You call them - they never answer. When MANCOSA wants their money - they will diligently and resolutely follow up until you deliver on what you promised. However, when it is the student part to celebrate the achievement - THEY DO NOT CARE. You have paid them and that's it. Why would I want to do any other qualification with them - when the interest of the student is disregarded and not considered or even advise people around me to register with them. The last important event in my study journey that is important for me "graduation" the accomplishment was denied.
