Delayed response

I had submitted an assignment on the 6th April and it wasn't sent through for marking. When I called them on the 20th of June to query about it I was told that the person working in that department as they had resigned and therefore my assignment had not been sent for marking. The lady then told me I would get my results by the following week. It's now 16 days later and I haven't received anything. When I call in to ask them the assignment department staff don't answer the phone
