Delay in results

I have been waiting for my results from my OSA, it has been more than 3 weeks and when I called in the call center advised me that it is still in Marking and can take up to 6 weeks.

That takes me past the rewrite date and the feedback from the Call Center is that the rewrite date will be moved then and the dates in my book is not set in stone, does Mancosa realize that we study part time because we work and we submit leave to ensure we can rewrite and then they advising that the rewrite date can be changed, that cant be and the scheduling needs to be done properly

You cant release my results and then I have less than 3 weeks even to rewrite as I need to study if I did not pass, that is unfair and ********* treatment to your students that will possibly make them fail again

Please release the results in time for the original rewrite times that can be adhered to
