Delay in Release of results terrible support for MBA

<p>Currently completing MBA with Mancosa. Mancosa allows 30 days turn around time for the release of results for assignments. Unfortunately, unlike other students, i did not receive my results in this time period. I did a simple experiment i called in got one lady saying tommorw. Called 5 minutes after the guys promised to email me. Called this morning apparently, it will only be available on Friday. Incompetence will cost me R7000 to redo a module is this the plan MANCOSA? </p>
