Degree Feedback

I have completed my studies and graduated in absentia. After paying my absentia amount for graduation, I queried when I would be able to get my degree couriered to me. I still have not received an answer to this query. Mancosa keeps calling me to register for a post grad course but can't seem to give me answer regarding my bachelor's degree.

I was first sent a mailed response to say that my ticket (190495) was assigned to Desiree Seevalingam who would get back to me within 48 hours. The query was sent on 15 Oct, still no feedback. Patricia Walters mailed me twice to say that the graduation department will contact me, nobody has contacted me. Patricia's last mail to me was sent 4 days ago, I am still waiting for the graduation department to contact me .Your student support line either ends the call before you reach an agent.

I have settled my outstanding fees, I just want to know when I will be receiving my degree. I have to confirm the courier address with Mancosa. Can someone please take my query seriously and get back to me regarding this.
