Cum laude not awarded.

I recently obtained a degree with mancosa on BBA. Based on my overall marks, I was expecting to be awarded cul laude, but I was not.

For the past 8 weeks, I have been asking for an explanation as to why I was not awarded. No one replies. Several times, I emailed student graduation, I called students services and everyday, I speak to the agents on line. But still, no reply.

How can mancosa fail to respond to a simple request for 8 weeks. Do they not care about client satisfaction. I worked hard to achieve these marks. They cannot rob me of my hard earned award. The very least thing mancosa can do is to give an explanation.
