Could’ve been great, but admin let them down.

My studies with them were fine, but the real issues started when I needed my certificate. After finally paying my outstanding fees, getting my physical certificate became an unnecessary struggle. Now that it’s (finally) being couriered, all I’ve asked for is a simple digital copy—and even that is being ignored.

Unresponsive to basic requests

Verdict: If you don’t mind chasing documents and being left on read, go ahead. But if you value efficiency and good service, maybe look elsewhere.
