Continued bad service

Last year Mancosa didn't want to assist me regarding extra time although I suggested 2 ways. Ì said they want students to fails so that we can keep on re-registering and now they making the exams to be written in a more complex way and their reason is to safeguard the system as well as the students, which is not true. I am a person with a disability and can't write fast and I type just because I type doesn't mean i type fast. When you writing you can't copy and paste which is another delay for me. Mancosa think about themselves only and I said it last year and still saying it Let's write assessments/Exams but make it easy for us to attempt/write
