Concern Regarding Call Centre Services
As a current student of this institution, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the call centre services. The waiting times are unreasonably long, and it is often difficult to receive timely assistance. Furthermore, the lack of friendliness and professionalism displayed by some call agents is deeply concerning.
I believe that, as students, we deserve efficient and respectful support when reaching out for help. I hope this issue will be addressed as a matter of urgency to improve the overall student experience.
