Complaint Regarding Declined Appeal for Late Assignment Submission

I recently faced an injustice at Mancosa. I was unable to submit an assignment on the final day of the 21-day submission window due to illness, confirmed by a medical practitioner. I provided all necessary documentation, yet my appeal was outright declined.

This shows the institution values rigid procedure over fairness and the rights of its students. Following the rules and providing proof of legitimate circumstances should never be punished.
