Complaint

On the 28th of May I app**** for a Re-mark for Politics in the public sector and today I made a call enquiring about the results. I got hold of a rude lady called Nondumiso Mafu, she was really not willing to assist and I asked for her Manager/Supervisor whom she said she is off and I asked whom can assist in absentia Maseru Makoae and she decided to put me on hold for over 10min until I dropped.
