COMPLAINT ABOUT HORRIBLE SERVICE

What a horrible experience with this institution! I am frustrated because I am trying to get my results but no one is assisting me, I have called every number and every extension with no luck. During registration they misquoted me for the course and the double charged me for the modules (about +R49 000). I contacted them and that was fixed. I paid full amount of R25 000.

in May I received an email and they said I am owing +R24 000, I explained and sent POP, no one got back to me, I called and they said it will be fixed. I wrote exams, and now I am not getting my results because they say I am owing the very same amount again (this time with interests). I have been trying to call them and they are playing hide and seek with me. its either they don't answer my call or tell me they are transferring me and hang up.

I am really frustrated, whenever I get answered they want to transfer me to the same person who is not responding to my emails or answering my calls. Yesterday I was lucky because someone transferred me to her using the other line while I was listening, she said NO to talking to me and she said she was going to call me, I knew she was not going to do that and I asked for her direct number. I have been calling she is not answering.

When I ask to talk to my student advisor I am told she resigned. I am frustrated and disappointed. HelloPeter is my last hope.
