Complaint
On the 3rd of May I filled for my refund with Mancosa an amount of R4k. I was told that I'll get my money in 30 working days, to my surprise after 30 days still my money is not paid.. I sent several emails to check what really transpired and I have been told that my money will be paid soonest.. My question is after your timeframe has elapsed, what is soonest.?
