Complaint

My student number 169489 i have sent couple of complaints to mancosa even fone everyone but seems like no one is bothering themselves to revert back to me i logged a complaint against their system while was busy doing my KCQ online spole to one of the agent by the name of Sbahle who told me that thier system is down should log oit and logging again after 30 minutes asked her if system wont affect my KCQ results she said no,only find out that when login after couple of minutes system already aubmitted quetion 8 have answeres and gave me reaults which is 4 out of 10 and onky answered 4 quetion could not answer rest of the quetion so told mancosa should fix my problem but all of them are ignoring me told me my query has be escalted but when i call they drop the line one me am not going fail cause of mancosa system clearly we going have same problem during final examination and we going get low results cause their system so like to know feom mancosa side if going to fail due to their system issue
