Communication is very bad

I initially reached out to MANCOSA after receiving a message from a student advisor named Ndileka, who contacted me on a very positive note. I was genuinely interested in enrolling and requested more information about the course details and financial aid options. Unfortunately, after sending a follow-up email, I never received any response.

It’s quite disappointing, especially since I was excited to take the next step and apply. The lack of communication has left me uncertain about proceeding with my application. I hope MANCOSA can improve their responsiveness to prospective students who are eager to study and invest in their education.
