Clueless staff

Logged into Mancosaconnect and saw that my exam venue for the 5th November changed to Tshwane events centre, called centurion office they confirmed that I have to go there. Arrived at Tshwane event centre earlier and to make sure that I am not lost I call the centurion office, a gentleman answers and tell me that My exam venue is centurion and not where I am and we spoke for a while because I wanted him to explain if what I saw on mancosaconnect was wrong and if the person who told me to go there on Friday was mistaken. I order an Uber and rush to centurion, I get there and they tell me that only MPA is writing there and not MBA. I uber again back to Tshwane event centre. I want Mancosa to refund me the R400 I used for Uber due to their useless staff. I am done with this institution and can’t wait to finish and never come back.
