Clearance letter delay

I'm really eager to wrap up my degree, but my experience with Mancosa has been super frustrating since I started. After a tough time with the admin department, I'm now dealing with another headache - getting a clearance letter. I submitted my application to the committee on April 7th, and Yoneeta said it would take 6 weeks. I've been following up, but I've gotten no response whatsoever. It's getting really annoying because it feels like Mancosa only takes notice when issues are posted publicly.
