Can't get through to Mancosa Student Services - 21 Days

I have been given incorrect feedback that I did not submit my Informatics 1 A project but yet it was submitted and Its on the portal, I logged a ticket 21 days ago and only received a standard response 12 days after. I have tried contacting them via

1. Telephone 2. Live Chat 3. Whatsapp 4. Freshdesk

I am still yet to speak to a human, the only people that answer are student enrollment and student accounts because that generates revenue. They claim to want to support you but yet there isn't anyone to listen to you. I don't think it's too much to want to be able to speak to student services? That line is continuously busy. Hellopeter is my last resort.
