CANCELLATION FEE

Upon Enrolment, I did not receive documents with terms and conditions that are holding me liable for cancellations and I have also returned all the books that were given to me on the required time. <br> <br> It only came to my attention on 30 March 2015 that there are fees that I need to pay through an SMS. I have contacted the number that was on the SMS and they referred me to the person who does cancellations who told me that she has sent an email but had the wrong name. I only received the email today and it doesn't have an attachment. Kindly be advised I feel it is unfair to pay the money and it is unexpected. <br> <br> The amount I am required to pay is 2900 and I had to start making an arrangement because of the pressure I was given by the Mancosa debt department and fear of being handed over to the credit bureau. I have made a payment of R100 so far starting this year after been given banking details.<br> <br>
