Cancellation

Please advise I Judy Ryan received a bursary from my employer was excited to take on the new venture of stuyding but due to unforeseen personal situations that came upon me and my family I couldn't take on that venture to study, I app**** with Mancosa the company paid my fees to study but I had to cancel due to personal issues which came up. I was given a student number 137831 and my assignment books but did not begin the course. Mancosa is now asking me to pay the full amount of R5000 for cancellation fees. Which I made arrangements to pay it off, now this year they have added a R1000 penalty fee until I pay off the money, in this I find very ridiculous paying this money.
