Can somebody from Mancosa be accountable so I can get a clear feedback on my refund issue
After escalating my refund issue to hello Peter, there is a lady who called me promising to give me a clear information to when am I going to receive my payment. That was the last time I ever heard from her. A guy handling my case said I must wait 30days, whereas the documents estimate 3 weeks.
