Can I get my certificate!

Hello Peter, what a nightmare it is get my graduation certificate from Mancosa. I submitted a request on the portal on the 23rd May and requested it on email too and to date I haven't received the certificate. A guy named Tshepo helped yesterday by creating a waybill (which means Mancosa did not even see my request since May) but my email address was incorrect and I didn't get a tracking number. I called this morning and another guy asked me to send an email to Graduations to update my my email address and tht he was going to send the tracking number there...dololo! Try calling the ***, total disaster, they keep transferring you all over the show . I just want to know whether they are going to send me my certificate or I have to buy someone 'coldrink' before they send me my certificate nah?
