can i get a good person who will advise me accordingly

i had registered for an mba and you guys didnt quote me for the 2nd semester modules.now i am registering and i am being sent from pillar to post. i was waiting company to pay for since its a bit of a process as people are working from home and we are using a manual system. the student adviser who was assisting me said i must pay R4000 as i have credit so she can register me and she is now ignoring my emails and when i call im told that she has a lot of calls and no one seems to be assisting me which is so frustrating as no communication what so ever. do i have to maybe go register at another school perhaps because the service im receiving is disgusting.if i dont get any assistance please refund me all my money and i will move on to a reputable business school which wont give me hasles
