Can I Be assisted to Register

I have never been helpless and frustrated with this school before. Everything used to run so smooth but since Dec i have been trying to apply and my fear is registration will close without me being registered. Every time i call i am being sent back to the student adviser who does not even reply to my emails, let alone to pick their phone directory.
