Beware MANCOSA will take all your money like a loan shark

My student number is 133269, I studied a completed Post Graduate diploma with MANCOSA now they refusing to print a diploma for me. They say I need to pay 350 because I was absent in graduation which I was not invited because I was owing fees and before I settled the fees I ask for the invoice which had interest but this graduation in absentia was not. All I need is my diploma as I have paid for them in full and passed my course. I went to MANCOSA to get my diploma and now they are refusing me to get it. Warning to the public be careful of these private HET institutions that are profit-driven and useful for the life of a student to distort them to be rich. I paid them all I expect is for them to deliver.
