Beware Mancosa is a *******

I have registered with Mancosa. I missed the first assignment as i was new and did not get any notifications that this was due. I then asked them if i could complete it they said no. I then decided to work harder on my second assignment and exams. I got 78% only to find out that i failed because i didn't do assignment 1 which is a multiple choice question of 20 marks.

Am i missing something here? How do you get 78% and then fail? Why wasn't i told, when i asked to do the assignment that it was of no use carrying on as whatever i did after that wouldn't count.

Why was i given access to the other assignments and exams?

Why not just give me zero?

I cant move onto my next year i must re register, pay the full amount and start all over. Are they just trying to make money? They don't come cheap.

I will be taking this further. I cannot reach anyone. When i pay my fees they don't allocate it to my account. They have the worst service ever.
