Bad, useless services from Admin

On the 7th December 2019, I have requested my marked script of Advanced Business Statistics as I was not impressed by the marks. I paid R300 to get the script using Mancosa FreshDesk. Then I got e-mail requesting that I should complete what ever I have done on their freshDesk, which I did. That was the end and last. I have send several e-mail and calls but nothing is happening. Just ignorance but they will inform you when they are out of office. I wonder how can institute like that can hire people like that. I hate mancosa because of this bad lazy useless and ******** officials. I don't think I will ever advice someone to use it.
