Bad unprofessional service

<p> i am a post graduate at mancosa studing project management and I wrote principles of project management exam and when i got *********** marks i app**** for remarking and i got email from Ms Tanita Lachman indicating that read as follow</p> <p>"Dear Mrs Moloto</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that your Principles of Project Management examination was remarked and I am pleased to inform you that your mark has increased significantly. This means that you will not ned to write a supplementary examination.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your mark will be adjusted accordingly on the system. You should be able to see this on MyMancosa by next week". The email was sent to me on Wed 2016/01/06 03:51 PM unfortunately even today i have not received my updated results and when i contact student support they telling me that i did nit pass the remarking. </p> <p> </p> <p>i am so depressed as my company are requesting results and Mancosa is not assisting me. i send them emails and giving them calls but they do not give me answers. I need to get answers from the Dean s office ASAP before i go the legal way. i am stucked in one place because of Mancosa institution if i had choosen other institutions i was gonna be holding my Diploma and studing MBA this year. </p> <p> </p>
