Bad treatment poor commuication

It's unfortunate that one can not rate negative number. I wrote a review about a challenge I had submitting an assignment on 20th of may 2020. MANCOSA rep**** that they will be in contact. In the first 3 days of my review I was called 3 times and every time promised a call in few minutes then they call next day do the same. Last Friday I was asked to send emails as proof indeed I tried on 20th I did as requested. The initial person's email was now invalid it rejected emails. Today I just received statements of results no call no explanation yet nothing changed. They can call me I can't call nor email them. I don't understand why the system failure though I I email the assignment before deadline on 20th may should cause me a whole semester?
