Bad treatment

I have encountered the worst experience with mancosa whereby I advised this is one of the best institutions but experience is horrible let me start by saying my introduction to fundamental areas of management (introduction to business management) I did my short essay and it was marked and I got 4/20 and requested for remark and got 13/20 and it was marked again I got 10/20 and I also submitted a project and I was told I submitted a question paper because of their system failed to detect my project and I asked myself how could one do that and secondly I did resubmission I got 26/60 and for mere fact I got cheated the first time and I cannot be cheated the second time the amount of work I put in my work and get low marks like this is unacceptable and first semester I had the same issue I don't know what have done to deserve such treatment and I regret the day enrolling at Mancosa there should be an investigation logged to what is the issue and I am on bursary at work having issues such is really depressing my question is why can't they do it right the first time it is a frustration having to request remarks whereas I could have got good marks ...the inconsistency in marking or is it the markers are *********** and can someone look into these matters we are complaining
