Bad student support/customer service
I paid for my course cash - none of my marks are released. Every time I log a ticket on the app - it does not generate a query or ticket number. I query this on the chat - Mancosa takes forever to respond. On my last conversation I threatened to report the student support - only then she started to assist of which my results are still not loaded.
