bad student support

I have been a student at Mancosa for a few months. I have never been allowed to communicate directly with the tutor.... the online platform where we're supposed to ask the tutors questions are never responded to. emailing student services does not help as they are not trained to answer questions directly, they're alway forwarding the emails to other people to respond to, and then the case is closed, which ends up being forgotten..... following up doesn't help cause it again ends up been sent to someone else, and then once again, case closed. I didn't realise that educational institutions cared so little for their students. it's just another business where all they want is money, and then more money.
