Bad services and false promises

Mancosa delivered my studying material late. I alerted them about the late material and promised to let me write the 2 missed modules after making a full payment which I did. Fast forward to 2024 making follow up regarding my certificate I'm being sent to to Pillar to post. They can't help me with my request. Been calling since January and now is Feb I received no response besides they can't assist me with my query. Mancosa is a walking ****. I don't recommend it and I will take this matter further.
