bad service no one gets back to you when you seriously need help

you can never get hold of Mancosa today I have spent almost 100 of my airtime trying to get hold of them , firstly their queues are long , you would hold for almost 20 minutes then when someone finally answers the line gets dead and no one is talking , not to talk of the agent calling you back , no one will call you back , such useless people and its good i have the records of the call , i just wanted to ask for my student advisors details and it has taken me almost an hour just to get the details , that particular student advisor helped me in June when i was enrolling and promised to call me back its September i still have not heard from him and now that i need help i cant even get help from their student service ,Mancosa is a useless college people think twice before registering with them I believe they are other competent colleges out there
