Bad service. No communication

I keep having difficulty with Mancosa. I have completed my 3rd year and was informed that I have to redo 2 modules and re-register for them. Yet before I have had the chance to redo them, but now Mancosa has not given me the chance to do so. I have contacted them but always get no response. I am very disappointed with Mancosa. They don't want me to redo my projects because all they are after is making money.
