Bad service Mancosa

I have received the most appalling service from Mancosa namely by a consultant called Bambisanani Khumalo. I enquired about doing a PGCE at Mancosa last year November on their website and a consultant called me back to assist I mentioned to her that I had a diploma and wanted to do a PGCE she sent me application forms to apply.

I then went physically to Mancosa in January this year to register only for her to inform me then that they no longer accept diplomas for PGCE but there is an alternative route I could use called the "RPL" but it was too late for me to use that route because applications had closed (she failed to inform me in time).

She further offered me a NON DEGREE programme that would qualify me to apply for a PGCE the following year when I asked her to explain how the programme works and what subjects I'd be doing she kept biting her tongue because she had no knowledge of it she simply couldn't explain. I was patient with her and asked her to send me an email with more details regarding the programme but I still app**** for it.

She never sent me the information I had asked for regarding the programme nor did she keep me updated about the status of my application even after I had enquired thrice.

This morning I asked her to assist me again or refer me to someone who could if she can't, her response was for me to physically go Mancosa and find someone else to assist me after wasting so much of my time and also the reason why I use the online tool is for convenience because I work I don't have time to go to Mancosa if they claim to assist online. I doubt Mancosa is aware that they're staff is turning us away acting like they own Mancosa instaed of doing their job!
