Bad Service from Mpho

Its very difficult to work with Mpho Mathye as a student advisor.

I have been sending her email with no reply, I kindly asked her to send me soft copies for the courses am registered with Mancosa, she doesn't respond I guess she just looks at the emails and move on with her life, I mean some of us can't work with Hard copies we really need those soft copies, am even struggling to set up my student email I guess she wont be available to assist, but when she wants people to register she will send 1000 emails per week. You can do better.
