bad service from mancosa

if you are thinking of furthering your studies with mancosa please dont, they have the most useless admin i have ever experienced in the world,, they care less about solving problems all they have is a stupid automated response service, their system crashed when i tried submitting an assignment it did not have the submit button and i immediately sent the lecturer, support services an email with my assisgnment, to this day i still dont have a response from them!!! its so frustrating because i have been sent from pillar to post since 2019 its now 2020 and time for me to registar a new course using the qualification i can not because they have not resolved my query, they did not even take the time to look at it student no:157193 (information knowledge management) july 2019 intake PGDBM. this is where my journey ends with them
