Bad service from Mancosa

I busy with Higher certificate in Public Management, the online lectures are terrible my first Module was Local Government and Lectures was like she reading from script, the weekly class is 1 hour and the is activities where you get 2 time to take the test and true or false answers, the assignment is not covered in the module but research base,the do not provide project guidelines at all.I failed my 1st assignment and re-submit and failed that one also,I tried getting help but to date no one from Mancosa that connects me,the service is terrible and apparently the marking is being done by computer, I ever sorry to study when them ,I already got my HR to connect them as they are paying for studies
